Gazelle Kalk is the Associate Director of Content and Training at Peninsula, where she managers the development of practical employment relations content and resources for Australian employers.

With nearly 10 years of employment relations experience, Gazelle specialises in helping businesses navigate complex workplace issues and meet their obligations under Australia's workplace relations framework. Her expertise includes the National Employment Standards, workplace investigations, disciplinary and performance management processes, employee misconduct, unfair dismissal, general protections, consultation obligations, modern awards, and workplace policy development.

Gazelle commenced her career in the technology sector before practicing as a lawyer at a top-tier Australian law firm, where she advised clients on a broad range of matters. She later transitioned into legal publishing with Wolters Kluwer, specialising in employment and discrimination law, where she was responsible for developing and maintaining legal commentary and practical guidance resources for legal and HR professionals. This unique combination of legal, publishing, and advisory experience has enabled her to develop a practical approach to translating complex legislative requirements into clear, accessible guidance for employers.

In her current role, Gazelle is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of employment relations training, technical guidance materials, webinars, E-Learning and timely content for employers across Australia. Drawing on her experience in legal practice, legal publishing and employment relations advisory, she leads the creation of practical resources that help employers understand and apply workplace laws with confidence.
