What is the best way to contact Peninsula?

We also have an advice line for our non-clients in which we offer free initial advice surrounding Fair Work and Safe Work legislation. However, we recommend meeting with one of our consultants at your business so we can better understand your issues and provide a more tailored solution.
Are there additional services for employers?

How much does Peninsula cost?
The cost of Peninsula’s Services depends on the size of your business, number of employees, length of your contract and the service offering selected. We also provide additional Face to Face (F2F) support if necessary for situations where you would like our professional advisors to deal with an issue on your behalf.
How is my fee calculated?
Your fee is based on the number of employees in your business with discounts available for longer contract lengths.
How do I pay?
Most of our clients choose the convenience of monthly direct debit as their preferred payment option. We also accept quarterly or annual payments in advance or payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa).
Does the contract auto-renew at the end of the term?
Yes, to ensure our clients receive continuous support and protection all contracts auto-renew for the same period under the same terms at the end of their current term.
Do you send a reminder about the auto renewal?
Yes, we will send an email reminder to the primary contact three months before the start of the applicable notice period.
Will the price go up when the contract renews?
At the end of the contract term, we reserve the right to increase the total fee by 2% for each year of the contract length to cover any increase in costs over the period.
How do I cancel a Peninsula contract?
You may be able to cancel your contract with Peninsula subject to the terms and conditions contained within the Contract for Services. For all enquiries about cancellation, please call 1300 651 415 or email us to contact the Client Experience team.
What happens if I no longer have employees? Is the contract cancelled?
No, the contract is an agreement to provide services to your business and is not automatically cancelled. If you have changes in your staff numbers or business circumstances, you can contact our Client Experience team on, 1300 651 415 and they will be happy to talk through your options.
What do I do if I want to add another service to the contract?

Can I add another business to the agreement without extra cost?
