What does an HR consultant actually do?

Question

Accepted Answer

An HR consultant helps businesses manage workplace issues and employment obligations that sit outside their internal capability. At Peninsula, that means conducting compliance audits, running workplace investigations, managing restructures, drafting employment documentation and providing on-site support for situations like terminations or team disputes. Our consultants work directly with your business rather than handing you a template and stepping back.
