Do medium businesses have WHS obligations in Australia?

Question

Accepted Answer

Yes. Under Australian WHS laws, medium sized businesses have the same duty of care
as larger employers. Every PCBU must provide a safe working environment, identify and
manage hazards, and ensure workers have the right training and information. Your size affects how you meet your obligations, not whether they apply.
